APPOINTMENT OF NEW ACTING COMMISSIONER OF CEPS

H. E. President John Evans Atta Mills has appointed MR. ED RICHARD KUMAH LANYON as Acting Commissioner of Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS).
MR. ED RICHARD KUMAH LANYON was born on April 16, 1951 he attended Kpando Secondary School and joined CEPS on March 1972.
He gained admission to the University of Ghana in 1985 and left in 1988 with a Bachelor in Political Science and Sociology. Until his appointment, he was the Assistant Commissioner of CEPS in charge of Customs Operations and Techniques.
